1. Terms of Service & Platform Governance

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any website, application, or software within the ILS Imperia Ecosystem—including the E-Learning Platform, Plasma LMS, Striker Examination Engine, and Adzura Marketing Portal—you explicitly consent to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
User Accounts & Security
You must safeguard your login credentials. You are solely accountable for any activity conducted under your account. Any suspected breach or unauthorized credential sharing must be reported to ILS Security immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, distribute malicious payloads, bypass authentication mechanisms, or resell course material, tests, or proprietary code.

Information Collection
We collect personal identification data (name, email address, contact numbers), academic records, attendance records, exam submissions, and secure transactional details required for delivering educational services.
Payment Security & Gateway Compliance
All monetary transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (Razorpay). ILS does not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on its application servers.
User Data Rights
You retain the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and statutory academic record retention requirements.
3. Tuition Fees, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course Fee Refunds
Students requesting cancellation of an enrolled offline or online program must submit a written request within 7 calendar days of the official batch start date. Eligible refunds are processed minus administrative and learning material provisioning costs.
Exam Re-Attempt & Credential Fees
Fees paid for Striker examination re-attempts, specialized certifications, and temporary credentials are non-refundable once the test token or exam slot has been generated.
Reimbursement Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days from authorization.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Certificates
Proprietary RightsProtection of curricula, software source code, question banks, multimedia assets, and cryptographic verification of certificates.
Copyright & Proprietary Ownership
All educational courseware, lecture videos, question banks, syllabus frameworks, and proprietary software modules are the exclusive intellectual property of Interface Learning School & ImperiaTech Private Limited.
Authenticity & Digital Verification
Certificates issued by ILS contain tamper-evident cryptographic verification hashes. Third-party employers and academic institutions can verify certificate authenticity via our official verification portal at /verify-certificate.
5. Striker Exam Portal Code of Conduct
Academic IntegrityMandatory academic honesty standards and anti-cheat policies enforced during assessments and certifications.
Assessment Integrity
Candidates must complete assessments independently. Browser monitoring, tab-switching detection, and automated timing checks are active during exams on the Striker portal.
Violation Consequences
Any attempt to tamper with question banks, utilize unauthorized automated tools, or impersonate candidates results in immediate exam invalidation, revocation of certificates, and potential institutional blacklisting.

Service Availability ('As Is')
While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, ILS Imperia services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted continuity during scheduled maintenance or third-party outages.
Career Assistance & Placement
Career counseling and placement support depend on industry market conditions, student attendance, module completion scores, and interview performance. Enrollment does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of employment.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Srinagar (J&K) and Bengaluru (Karnataka).
